LETTINGS INFORMATION AND COSTS

The new Letting Guidelines require us to give full information regarding our charges for both Tenant and Landlord which are as follows:-

TENANT

Holding deposit £300.00.

Referencing £90.00 per tenant to include VAT.

Right to Rent Checks £18.00 per tenant to include VAT.

Check-in charge from £120.00 inclusive of VAT.

Tenancy Agreement £150.00 inclusive of VAT.

We use Deposit Protection Service (DPS) to hold the 6 week deposit – 8 weeks if you have pets.

Our redress scheme – we are a member of the Ombudsman.

We are not a member of a Client Money Protection scheme.

 

LANDLORD

Tenant find only – One months rent plus VAT – for example at £1,000 pcm our fee would be £1,200 to include VAT.

Tenancy Agreement £150.00 inclusive of VAT.

Check out fee – to be advised depending on size of property

Inventory – we recommend an independent inventory company where charges are made by the size of the property starting at £90.00 plus VAT.

Our Management Fees are structured on the size of the property from 8% – 10% plus VAT per calendar month.  For example at £1,000 rental income we would charge 10% – £120.00 to include VAT.

Inclusive in our tenant charges – three inspections per year.

Our redress scheme – we are a member of the Ombudsman.

We are not a member of a Client Money Protection scheme.
